Unnecessary delay

Respected Sir,

Before one month ago I opened my saving A/c in JHUNJHUNU HDFC Bank (333001), they told me that before demat A/c I would have to open Saving A/c and I did so & opened too. But regularly I'm visiting the branch, they express me different official excuses... I don't what they need. Yesterday [Feb.4th ]again they filled a form again. Before a month I have deposited the required amount.

Please look into the matter & do the needful & oblige.
