Meru cancelled the cab half an hour before the cab reporting time

I Booked a Meru cab on 13/10 for drop to International airport on 14/10 (booking was done almost 24 hrs before the cab reporting time). Half an hour before the scheduled cab reporting time, got call from Meru cab that they do not have cab for me, and pls arrange something else for yourself.
