Non receipt of LIC copy through Speed Post

Dear Sir,

A speed post parcel was despatched from Haldia LIC office on 24.06.2010.

My LIC wealth PLus policy Was in the post the details as under

EW45303971-5IN.

After confirming from Park Street Post Office (Kolkata) & checking from

Speed dial section the status shows it is in GPO Kolkata. May be due

to wrong Pin Code it is misplaced there. Therefore I would request you

to kind send the same at the under address
