I AM ABN AMRO CUSTOMER SINCE 3 YEARS. I HAVE MY SAVING ACCOUTN IN ABN AMRO AND ALSO USING ITS CREDIT CARD. ABN AMRO WHICH IS NOW RBS DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT ITS CREDIT CARD COMPLETE DETAILS AND POLICIES. GRADULLY THEY CHARGED MY HUGE INTEREST ON THE OUTSTANDING. I CONTACTED THEME NUMEROUS TIMES TO SORT THIS OUT BUTTHEY DID NOT LISTEN. THEIR EXECUTIVE GIVE FALSE STATEMENT. NOW THEY ARE HARRASING ME FOR THE OUTSTANDING WHICH INCLUDES 60% INTEREST ONLY. ALSO THEY DEDCUTED MY WHOLE SALARY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUTNT WIHTOUT GIVIGN ME ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION OR SENDING ME ANY DEMAND LETTER. I LIVE MY OWN IN OTHER STATE AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE SUCH KIND OF ACTION AND THEIR BEHAVIOR. I CONTACTED AND MAILED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THEIR SENIOR STAFF BUT NOBODY ABLE TO RESOLVE MR CONCERN.***DO NOT EVER ANYBODY BE A CUSTOMER OF A PRIVATE BANK. THEY ARE THEIR TO RUIN YOUR LIFE AND TO MAKE IT HELL.
