I had a credit card from ABN Amro Bank which was supposed to be free of cost but later on the bank levied charges without information & knowledge. They started making abusive collection calls to me & my family without trying to check their mistake.
I raised the matter with Banking Ombudsman & demanded a compensation of 3.5 Lacs for harrasment for 5 years by bank. Banking Ombudsman agreed that ABN Amro was at fault, but complaint rejected as compensation I claimed was not under it's authorization, I was advised to approach to any other authority for the compensation. Please guide me where to take the matter up & penalize the bank for it's wrong doings.
