Non receipt of statement

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your notice that i am using abn amro (titanium) credit card for the past few years.

Nature of Complaint: I have not received my bill for the last 6 - 8 months. In spite of my repeated complaints

no actions has been taken and hence I am making my payments on ad-hoc basis.

I am also not able to verify my statement.
