I went to O.B.C Bank Holigate Branch Mathura on Dated 20/03 to get entry updated on Pass Book.
There was a queue of around 5 to 6 person before me at the counter. I stood at the end, as my number came
the bank employee at the counter started doing some other work. I kept waiting for about 30 min thereafter i asked him
to do my work or return my PASS BOOK. On this he misbehaved & threw my pass book over me saying " LE RAKH APANI PASS BOOK". Is this the way bank employees behave with customer? I want you to take necessary action against the concerned person and inform me regarding it.
