Respected Sir/Madam,

I had use BANK OF BARODA ATM machine (ATM id-DCB06916) on

12/December to withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000 (ten thousand

only). But when I completed transaction (transaction

id.8415/17381700/000) no amount was dispensed from ATM machine but

same amount was deducted from my SBI account.

I had already lodge an formal complaint on SBI helpline (Complaint

ticket no- AT4297091826) on 13/Dec. For first one week no action

was taken, afterward customer care represintive told us that money

has been reimburesmented to your SBI account. But when again check

mine account no amounted has been returned to it.

Then I went to Branch manager (Branch id-7873, Rajnagar) he inform me

that BANK OF BARODA is not issuing an amount Rs.10, 000 to us. When we

contacted to BANK OF BARODA people they told us that they can’t help

us, only SBI can help.

Now it has been THREE weeks and still no relief has been given to us.

On checking complaint status online, it has been showing that

complaint had closed.

This amount matter lot to me.
