My vodafone mobile no is 8698911663, I recharged 399 BIS pack and also had additional balance, when my balance reached 14re my entire balance has been cut, again i recharged for 30re with me using NO DOWNLOAD still 5rs has got cut! what kind of service are you running??? If i dont get my balance back I will complain in the consumer court! You already take money for BIS 399 then why deduct balance and irritate customers!
