Change of name

Sir,

I am Flight Lieutenant Kamiya bisht posted at Hyderabad. A friend of mine got a air ticket reserved for me yesterday (dated 15/2/10) in army reservation from delhi to hyderabad but unfortunately quoted my home name parul bisht instead of my official name. Now i am totally stuck as the customer care is neither coperating in changing the name or either refunding so that i can rebook the ticket through my id-name.

I will be highly thankful for your quick response. My present PNR is PZWGBL for 21feb departure at 03:10 pm from DEL to HYD .My mail id is [email protected].
