today i was using airtel live and was downloading the update for my phone which is of only 6mb before the download was completed the download stopped and when i checked the bal then my bal was .26 paisa... i talked to sutomer care on 198 and talked to them also but no success... i m hardly disapointed with that kind of support... last month also they deducted 80 rs and when i told this to them then the executive told a lie that 30 rs has been deducted... i have the message of bal. deduction of 80 rs... please help!!!
