I have airtel connection with two yrs validity, on 22nd aug excess charges levied i regd complaint on24th aug, on 4th sept charges corrected but excess amount no refunded. I regd complaint on 13th & 17th but nothing done so far, my std charges are also deducted more than my plan i have prepaid connection, yet airtel is claiming one of the best managed company, customer care dept is zero there is no system to handle customer complaints.
