Dear addmarc team,

I am writing this mail just because of your unsupportive way, recently I am the victim of (Addmarc) your sales representative Mr. Javed as he approaches me in my office and want to describe me about the product you launched with collebration with Moti Mahal. I disussed about it and confirm all the things. As their is a time boundation I again confirm the timings he assure me that you can go any time as they consider the things*.

After that I purchsed the card, on19th march. after 3 days I visited Moti mahal at 4p.m I really shocked and feel insulted as Moti mahal staff refusess that card as their is a time boundation I called Javed (sales representative) from Moti mahal he assure me sit over thr and i will talk to my seniors. I wait for some time and leave the place. That was really insulting time I ever faced in my life. I instruct Javed that I want to return that card Javed promised me to come in my office and refund me also. On very second day I again called javed since last 3 weeks he is not responding and not picking the phone. So i contacted on your customer care numbers that are printed on the card but the no.011-26227222 is out of order so i go for the another no .01126227333 i have some conversation with three girls as i contacted 5 times in 3 days name Shirly, shalini, Palak, as the name provided by them. They are not able to give me proper answeres Bla bla types of excuses. They provide me the no. of Branch manager D. V Bhardwaj but it is really heard to say that he is also not responding and repetatly phosponing my issue as irrisponsible manager. You can confirm all these things as all the conversations are with me I am having the recordings of all calls made from my side.

As now your thinking why I am fighying for only 998 rs.dear it is not the matter of money as i go through card back side where you write about urself and your alertness, At admarc, we are completely alert to the fact that each client is special and each client presents us with an oppertunity to continue fine -tune and bone our marketing skills to reliase customer delight and satisfaction in every way possible. What impact will be on when I send this mail to top officials and top organisation? Just think about it. I want to save your profile as I dont need any money back I just want to realiasee you one thing that plz stop the faulty commoitment from your sales guys.as for a sucessfull organisation base is the sales team and if your base is suffered with lies and unfair commitment how you can rise in the market?

Your reply is awaited, Plz reply me proper in coming 7 days as my mind is running out order or ready for legal.
