This is hard core complaint not any inquiry. The issue is, as i registered for toefl on 12/12 over the phone by one of ETS executive who works for Prometric, Gurgaon, India. She registered my exam date successfully but she did not mention those list of 4 univ where my score needed to be sent. Now after a month and after submitting my application to those universities what i see is that my score recipient were not added by that lady during the registration. Inspite of my being asking about the recipent she added that everything would remain same because "you already have an account with us and appearing for the toefl 2nd time so we have all the information it will go to the same universities". Now for that small mistake i have missed those 4 colleges deadline and have played with career what i was aiming for. I strongly complain about that executive to take a strong action against her and these type of guys should not be kept in any educational centers as tele-callers or any post because they do not understand its value. Now i ordered my score to those 4 once again paying 68$ once again but unfortunately it will not reach on time.. Also kindly provide me a compensation and a strong action should be taken against her. Her name is Ruchi and work as a tellecaller for ETS.
