Dear All.

I have passed PMP and prince 2, But IBM manager Do not like it and Force me to resignation. And IBM manager discriminatie me because of iam not based on there Caste. And Some caste based politics in IBM India.

Instead of Qualification and experience managment Playing caste based politics in company. Goverment should look into this matter.
