I am working as lecturer in GRKIST jabalpur (M.P.). my HOD is always harassing me. he tells that there is no need of a lecturer and my selection as a lecturer as done by management was wrong.but he never complain for that to the management. instead he gives me a lot of work. i was taking my all the lectures as well as i was doing all the paper works such as typing letters, notices, making different types of formats, data entry etc.these are not my works.
but he tells me that i am not needed here and so i have no work, so i have to be busy all the time. i am working all the time. even he has made fake complain against me in the management and i got a notice for that and lost my job.he has taken forcefully a written statement from me that i have not followed the rules and regulations on the basis of which he has made that complain.these all are very disturbing for me and i am in full tension.
