Dear Sir / Madam, I have paid Rs. 5000 as a booking amount while booking the tata sumo grande car and i have not received the loan amount which I requested from Tata car finance. So I decided to move on Maruti for the small car. Since Jun I have been continuosly following up with the sales people for the refund. I have given my Axis bank details to submit the same. No response received so far. I would request you to kindly intervene and get me the resolution. Thanks a lot.
