I have purchased a Bajaj Discover 150 bike from Delhi (Rajeev Raj
Delhi) but the service provided by the Service Center at Rajeev Raj
is not satisfactory and even they do not agree that there is any fault
in the bike. Firstly they always tried not to agree with the problem
so that they could not have to repair or provide warranty replacement.
i have logged the complaint on 04 Feb CR 96304.
its still pending i have not received any satisfactory answer
I have complained to the Customer Service but no body is giving the
properanswer for the same. Since I have sent many reminders over
this but still no response.
This shows how the BAJAJ Auto cares about their customers. this third
class service provide by bajaj
I need the Escalation Matrix of the Bajaj Auto so pls provide me the
same if possible..
