Dear sir,
I purchased a new baja pulsar 150cc from Royal bajaj on 24-09-09. From the very first day of delivery I am facing missing problems in the bike. When contacted with the customer care/workshop owner they were not able to rectify my problem (even after taking the car to their workshop for more than 10 times) and when asked to replace the product they simply refused to do so. Now the manager (Mr. Sharma) of that serive centre demand for money to repair the bike.
I am hereby looking for your advice on how to get my problem resolved either by getting my bike repaired or replaced.
