We like to inform you that last year 2009 we had purchased Pulzar
Bike 135CC from RK Bajaj Rajapalayam vide Ref no (TN 67AX2413).
May 26th we've spaced some problem, that is bike wiring cable was
burntout in Thirumangalam Service Station for Andal Motors
I spoken to RK Bajaj, rajapalayam baranch Manager Mr Rajadurai, he
instructed to advised, bike should be given in Thirumangalam Service
station (ANDAL MOTORS) for serviceable prupose.
I had hand over the bike to ANDAL MOTORS.The owner of the ANDAL
MOTORS (Mobile No: 9486004001) asked
to me with in one week we'll be rectified the problem ..
After one week called to his, but he told Wiring Kit is not available
in Local Market. So we have 20days time for recover the same.
I had purchased Wiring kit from Chennai and sent to
Thirumangalam Service station and get confirmation (He will asured
that rectify the problem with in two days).
I have made repeated reminder thro phone to Rajalapalayam RK bajaj Manager and
Thirumangalam ANDAL MOTORS Owner but still not response in our
end. From last 5days Thirumangalam ANDAL MOTORS Owner not pick my
call. Rk bajaj, rajapalayama branch manager says even if your urgency we
can't anything.
Same time my work is based on bike, In this issue I had suffered and
unsatisfied. I had registered my compliant in service station and no is CR 77700
Meantime unfortunately I had purchsed new bike 150CCPulzar in the same
RK Bajaj, rajapalayam and received Registeration and get the no also TN67AT0465
But Still no reply from ANDAL MOTORS Owner and IRRESPONSIBLE answer
from RK Bajaj, rajapalayam branch manager (he says that andal motors
owner is my relative. I can't give force to him.so you wait. Otherwise
you can do anything)
Kindly organise and recover my bike from ANDAL MOTORS immediately.
