Never book 2nd cyclinder while booking

Dear Sir, (Customer No V -14120)

When ever I give my Request to Vishnu Jyoti Gas agency to bbok my 2nd cyclinder they always say no, they said as per rules we can't book before 21 days, but if our cyclinder is operational for only 20days what should we do after that.

We are hrassed by the Vishu Jyoti Gas Agency.
