Booked my air ticket
Money deducted but not reached to the concerned payee

I had booked my air ticket my money was debited from my account but i cound't get the ticket as money didn't reach to the payment portal IT REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT ASS POS PRCH 62201811561000121020047162058861001 ALSO I GOT THE SMS congrats you have used sbi debit card unfortunatelly i was in a fix whether shall i book another ticket or not what to do as the ticket was non refundable and there was no respnse from the bank either.
