BSA E BIKE
Wrong commitment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Balaji i have purchased BSA Romer Neo E-bike this year January At chellamani n Co Pallavaram They Have given Wrong cometment that the vehicle battery has 12 months Warranty . in 9 months it Self it got failure even While Regular Service. Before my second Service one of the Wheel Part got Completely Damage And It Replaced by Ur T-Nagar Service Center And After 4 Th Service the Second day it Self The Breaker got Failure And many more Problem but i have faced but i have not hi-lited here

but

1.Given Wrong information

2.Till 15.10.11 the the bike in good condition got charged Given 45 km mileage Etc

3.The Service Person Said if battery Got Failure It will Low mileage Or it will Not charge Or the charger will or will not cut off on time But none of the Symptoms Shown in the bike

Really Really i bought the E-Bike to save money Not to loose more

please Take A Right Action And Do needful As Soon as possible
