Dear All,
This is reference to my Honda CBF Stunner, Sporty Red Color, purchased on September 25.
The purchase was made at B U Bhandari Honda, authorized dealer in Viman Nagar, Pune.
The purchase was made after a detailed research in the two wheeler market and great hopes.
Unfortunately, as a substantiation of the poor service at B U Bhandari Honda, I was handed over the above mentioned model with the broken Wiser Windshield. I was assured its replacement in writing on the Delivery Challan (Receipt) and I accepted the bike in that condition believing into Honda's ‘Diligence in Customer Service’.
No wonder, the people at B U Bhandari Honda are a big harm to Honda's Market in Pune as of their rudeness and arrogant probing to customers problems and services.
It could not be less than fifty times that I had been to the showroom / service center to enquire about the replacement, while, the staff including the manager, Mr. Ghate, cannot give anything more than a 'Run - around'. They made huge assurances about the replacement on my every visit along with jotting down my Name, Contact Details and Address on their register every time, while, the next visit they say that they received the Windshield, however, it was given to some other customers as their replacement was 'Urgent'. I do not understand the word 'Urgent' in case of Windsheild replacement. Does that mean that I am a customer of no value?
How pathetic it is for me to drive a bike without the Windsheild which forms a major part of its aesthetics and design.
You are the last resort I can seek some co operation from or else would have no option left than to make an issue of this locally through media.
For you should be aware, I have already lodged a complaint with Consumer Forum in same reference and the only fact that could solve this issue is replacement of my Wiser Windsheild or let the Consumer Forum decide the future of Honda in Pune.
