Ooking cancellation refund

Dear sir,

On dated i had booked a ticket with you for jet airlines from Mumbai to Delhi Dated 08-04 in the name ceby thambi. And on the same day dated 08-04 the ticket got cancelled due to some reason. The ticket had been booked throught credit card. At that time it was told that the refund amount will refunded 15th of april and it will be cr ted to our a/c. Today is 16-04 it has not done.

requesting you to kindly go throught this matter and do the needful at the earlist.
