Hi have cancelled my ticket around the second week on september which i had booked on 31st Aug, as spoken to the call centre executive on the 7th October stating that refund is still not reflecting on my credit card statement the asked me to send the credit card copy, which was done on the same day.
there was no response from clear trip post that then again i called up for which i was told that the the refund was done on the 23rd sept however they don't have the ref id, they refuse to give any other details which i can show to the credit card company to cancell the amount from my statement,
It sad that such a big company doesn't have there basic right, i work for a bank and witout ref id credit card company will never cancell the amount from card.
Please help.
