No information about departure terminal

I booked flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai by Air India Express flight no. IX 143 (PNR IX06830103) on 27th Feb' 2010 through Clear trip. Ticket was having no mention of domestic / international terminal. Being Domestic flight, we reached to domestic terminal around one and half an hour beofre. There we were told that the flight is from Internation airport. Since international terminal at Delhi airport is around 6-7 Kms away, we reached there around half an hour before after lot of strugle due to heavy traffic. After reaching to airport, we were not allowed to board the flight and no officer of Air India express entertained us. Even they mis-guided us for getting next flight with same tickets and told us to go to Domestic airport. On reaching again to domestic terminal we came to know that there is no counter for Air India Express and we need to go to International terminal. No refund of any money is made till now neither by Clear trip nor by Air India Express. Total amount paid was INR Eight thousand two hundred and five only (Rs 8205/- for two tickets).
