NON REFUND OF AIRFARE BY GOAIR

I have booked two tickets to Mumbai from Kochi, through online with my SBI Creditcard on 02/02/08 for travel dated 10/02. The confirmation number is Y2FID9. I have cancelled the ticket and lost Rs.3000/- cancellation. But even after 3 months time they have not refunded the remaining amount of Rs.9080/- They are telling that it will take a minimum of 6 months. It is really a unhelpful attitude of them. I am going to sue them and get compensation for the delay.
