FALSE COMMITMENTS AND MISGUIDE
Kindly note I have swift VXI (HR26 AV 1276) and same has been damaged in an accident on 21st July. I have handed over my said car to Competent Authomobiles, SECTOR 34, Gurgaon workshop on 22nd july for repair. Your advisor has advised me the delivery date 28/07 but till date the delivery has not been given.
Yesterday morning I went to your said workshop for replacement car. After almost 1 and half hour replacement car (Swift VXI, HR26 5612) has been given to me which were not in good condition. In evening when I went to market with family the car has shown starting problem and I could not start the same. Then I called your said workshop and they told me that they are closed and no engineer is available for the day so pls call on maruti road service. I called them and then after 2 hour I was able to go from their. I have paid 300/- for your replacement car repair.
Kindly note due to this my family and I have faced a lot of problem and are mentally harassed.
Other than that their staff has guided me that Reliance General Insurance do not give cashless facility in over Gurgaon but this is not true. They have misguided me.
I really need answer on this all issues and solution.
