Dzire-vxi acura grey
Ooked in oct09-paid full amount-no allottment

Sir,

See the mail sent to the dealer INDUS MOTORS in chennai., Absolutely no response inspite of collecting the full amount plus the xtra amount for underchasis painting, reverse horn, etc. Such dealers should be scrapped as the slogan of Maruti Suzuki" Count on us" cannot be achieved ven in dreams. I only wish a drastic postive step is taken towards me getting the car. Further, I have the right claim for compensation for locking my amount

sundar

Sir,

Attention: Mr. Varadarajan/Mr. Martin

Sub: Booking of Dzire Vxi Azura Grey

Ref: 1. My order booking number 1205 dated 30.10.09

2. My letter dated 04.03.2010

I hereby wish to state that I had booked a Dzire VXi model petrol version on 30th Oct order number: 1205. Your staff, Mr. S. Surendran and Mr. R. Saravanan attended to my needs. Although I had booked a petrol car in my name, VALLAM SUNDAR, I later informed them within a fortnight to change it to diesel version, to which they agreed to but did not ask for any kind of representation. They had promised that I will be allotted a vehicle within one month after I pay the advance, which I complied with but they did not keep their promise. They both had come to my house to collect the cheque exhibiting a great deal of interest only prior to booking. I have talked to Mr. Ganesh Kumar, service Manage in Kaatupakam branch. He also assured that I will be allotted the vehicle by end of feb. Later, I understood that all three of them have left your company, which is quite strange which shows the kind of management you have. I would have made about 100 phone calls to them to which they always used give me some kind of excuse. I also spoke with Ms. Nadini of your branch and she said she will look into. On their promises I had retained 5.5 Lakhs rupees in my savings account since Nov and what about the interest towards this?

After a disgusting experience, I then contacted you on 2nd March and Mr. K.Krishnakumar of Kattupakam branch. He assured me over phone that I will be allotted the vehicle positively before 20th of this month as per my choice of color (dark grey or blue), provided, either petrol or diesel. I also agreed to this proposal. It was on 10th March I received a call from Mr. Varadrajan who had suggested that if make full payment; I will be allotted a Dzire Lxi Azura grey before 20th of this month. Accordingly, I made a payment of RS 5, 75, 856/= by cheque dated 15th March which includes expenses towards teflon coating of under chassis, 3m sun control, reverse horn, etc. This cheque has been promptly deposited and has realized within 2 days. That shows how anxious you are only in receiving money from customers. Based on this assurance, I have also obtained the registration number as TN 07 BF 4035 on 17.3.10. As 25th march is an auspicious day, I had informed that even if the vechicle is ready, I shall take delivery only on 25th. However, I am sorry to say that I have been cheated on a continuous basis. The reasons given by all the staff of the dealer (INDUS Motors) including that of Mr. Martin are the same and annoying. Looks like they are not properly trained to change the reasons for the delay as they cannot find them I guess.

I wish to state that I owned two marutis and my daughter still owns one, all purchased through well reputed dealers in Chennai but this was not INDUS MOTORS. It is unfortunate that I have landed with such an unreliable/dishonest dealer like INDUS MOTORS. I have already made a representation in written on 4.3.10 both to INDUS and Maruti company to which looks like no action has been taken.

I wonder if Maruti, such a reputed automobile company has customer care or customer do not care services? Please clarify. As stated in my earlier letter critical revamping is the need of the hour and I do hope at least henceforth all dealers are being scrutinized thoroughly at regular intervals.

While booking for the car, I have provided my email id and why is it asked for? Don’t you think it is basic courtesy to keep the customers informed about the status of their booking? It is all the most surprising as to why priority number is not at all provided to the costumers while booking and the modus operandi adopted for allotting the vehicles made transparent. This is possible only if there is no under hand dealings which I only wish is not there. I hope you will redress my grievance. I hope I get the vehicle to me immediately. Again, no more explanations through telephone and waste my time. Whatever you wish to inform me may be in written. I certainly need a compensation for all the agony I have suffered by booking with Indus motors. Let me have immediately the extent of the compensation and the date of the allotment of the car. Look forward to for your kind co-operation.
