Non activation of sim

We have purchased airtel sim on 23 december and submitted all necessary required documents on the very next day but the survice provider are creating problems delaying activation of sim card at the time of need. Also they are not giving phone number of head of airtel of our area please take action and activate our sim as soon as possible.
