Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I have perchased an Eicher Tracter from Prativa Enterpriser ltd, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj having vehicle no. OR04A4876, Eng no: S325.C.26487, chasis no:916813172207 . I am not getting service on the item "self starter" whcih has warrenty period. Many time i went to show room but they dont have any respond. So kindly accept my complain against the show room.
