REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION

I booked 2 ticket from delhi to moradabad for 14th march in ALA HAZRAT

EXPRESS by my PNB debit card. Amt of Rs 265 has been debited but still

I haven't got the confirmation. Pls look in to it on urgent basis.
