This complain is against the freedom Rewards (SBI) Group. On 16/11 using 1443.19 freedom points I have booked an item (ID 25300). Till date neither I have received my item nor got back my points. I have enquired so many times through their call centers as well as online request to know the status. But they give only the false information as the call center and online provide different information about the same issue.
It is really painful to have such customer service in SBI Group. Request you to look the matter.
