Its is brought to my notice that, apart from charging a cancellation fee of Rs.750/-, the remaning amount of the ticket is not refunded to the customer. According to GO AIR policy, the remaining amount is kept in their "CREDIT SHELL", valid for a period of 12 months only.
This is completely unfair. The air line is bullying customers to travel with them at the risk of losing their money.
Is there a solution out? Can the customer have the freedom to choose any airline he or she wishes to travel without having to forfeit money unnecessarily???
