Refund not received!

I have booked four tickets from Mumbai to Trivandrum, travelling date on the 1st of May. Due to unavoidable reason, i have to cancell the tickets on the 20th of April (after due confirmation form GOIBIBO that refund will be provided) and booked on some other flights. After that i got a mail from goibibo.com saying that the refund amount of Rs.13607 will be refunded withing 7 - 10 working days. The mail was from "singh.bhavneet80" informing about alll the details about the refund. Since there was no refund received from goibibo.com, i contaced them again and with the usual way they informed me that it will take another 7 working days. Now that days are also over, contacted them again, the same extension for another 7 working days with a complaint nio. at last. I have written two mails to the same guy who has given the details but he has not responded to those mails.

I request to kindly help me in getting the refund as soon as possible.
