Failed transaction

Hi,

If a transaction fails GOIBIBO.COM is not refunding the money immediately they are not responding properly if we contact them through mail or phone.

First they are not suppose to charge for a failed transaction even their FAQ says that they are charging for failed transaction... then if they are not ready to refund the money back in time will they be ready to pay the interest that credit card charges for that transaction...
