I had booked 2 return tickets Mumbai - Mangalore using the portal Goibibo.com on the 29th of June. The PNRs are as given below.

Subsequently the amount was debited from my HDFC credit card. I also recieved a promotional offer from the website immediatey saying free vouchers which can be spent on purchases made.
But the e ticket didnot show up on screen. On enquiry I was told there was a server problem and the price had now increased from Rs. 10355 to 14900 for each ticket and I would have to pay the difference approx. Rs. 9090.
On arguing I was offered a discount of Rs. 1, 000 per ticket.
I was forced to pay as more than half the ticket was paid for. Why should i be paying for the server fault.
I would like to be refunded this amount. On insisting for a mail on this issue the phone was hanged up by the supervisor. This is really disgusting as we were going for a funeral.
I need a complete refund.
