To whom ever it may concern, i had purchased tubeless goodyear tyres from Singh Tyres Near IIT delhi and after few months had problems with my tyres, after i complained to the company, they send a field engineer named Ankur Gupta who gave all possible illogical reasons for the tyre to be defective but manufacturing defect of the company ..firstly please dont malign your company image by sending amateur engineers to inspect tyres..thereafter i was denied replacement..i am a research scholar and had bought those tyres from my scholarship but how does that matter to the fraud company like goodyear, now that i am not left with any option i will go the consumer court to resolve the issue as there is no hope from cheats like goodyear . my complaint no is Q3005100109..and my name is Harsh Vardhan Shyam, Ph.d scholar in JNU, New Delhi.. my email is [email protected].. if anyone has the same problem as mine please mail me as ill take up this matter very seriously as its the matter of our consumer rights and consumer awareness and in no way we can allow fraud goodyear to get away..
