I had purchased SKODA OCTAVIA in janurary after the delivery of the car i checked my car's extra tyre (stephny) at home. the tyre was in empty air condition.i told about this to the sidak automobiles karnal, they check the tyre the new tyre ws bleeding air due to high pressure leakege in tyre.they complaint to good year company, after 10 days good year service man came to the visit & made a wrong behave with me & said that the tyre is puncture & then i told him that how it can be puncture i never used this tyre & its brand new. after a long talk he was agree to give claim my complaint he given me a letter of company & told me to change the tyre from any of the dealer of good year, but every dealer of good year is corrupt, i called kurukshetra, kaithal, karnal & other cities but every dealer was saying that he is not the proper dealer of company. they were ready to give me new tyre for sale purpose only, but they refused to give the tyre against my complaint.i called many times to customer care, but they have only talkies not any action. if i m suffering from that condition due to my new tyre problem, old tyres complaints check hoti bhi hongi yaa nahi. please resolve my problem. i shall be thankful to you for this
