With due respect I have to share some of my experiences during buying Inovas from Gurgoan Dealer GRACE TOYATA,
we got delivered 2 nos of Inova on 15/10 in the name of Jaideep Travel House & 5 Inova in the name of Globe Travels Company to br registered in COMERCIAL numbers.
Above said cars was to be registered by showroom with UP registration for which we PAID FULL REGTRATION AMOUNT IN ADVANCE, even then we had to face very hard time to get the paper on time.
Cars were registered on 13/11 & we submitted excise refund papers on 15/11 with showroom sales executive Mr Sandeep.
When we complaint for delay in registration of cars, as said cars were standing at our garage for full one month, as authority does not allow us to ply the cars on temp registration & if we tried to ply one car on road it was challenged with heavy penalties, which we have informed Mr Sandeep time to time, As to compensate delay in registration Mr Sandeep promised us to get the upfront excise cheques within two days after submission of paper which we did by 15/11,
As on other hand, in normal way excise refund comes in 45 days. We after 4months have got no sign of refund till date.
In spite of many verbal assurances & meetings with your respective Officers as Mr Mittal, Mr Bali & Mr Sandeep from last 3 months, Every time we get promises but no solid result has overcome, as we feel cheated now.
Now we hope from concern authority to take immediate action to release our excise refund, with interest at earliest.
