Battery is not working properly

I have purchased battery for my electric bike before some months and it not functioning well from the begining. I have purchased on price Rs. 8, 0000. Actually the thing is my electic bike is having 500W and battery is having 250W so that battery is goes down after 10 kms normal ride. This was mistake by shop-owner, he has to give me proper battery because he is having all knowledge regarding battery.
