I bought my Hero Honda Hunk from Dev Vahan which is situated in Palwal Distt. Faridabad State HARYANA.My bike accident held on 10/08/09.i did submit my bike at Dev Vahan on dated 11/08/09.From that day they people are saying Hero Honda is not sending the spare parts of this bike and sometimes they says brought your bike we got the parts when we brings they say sorry it was mistake still we have not get. Still (04/09/09) they are saying have not get it. Can i know Just we Customers have to suffer. If Company can’t provided spare parts then why company is producing.
Pls confirm understanding
Also Pls advise on above mentioned problem.
