Handle stem, handdle bar duplcate parts

I bought hercules cycle (BDNO: RBO22548) on 13-05 in vsakhapatnam, A.P. Model Arrow. 26 Size but it has been observed that on the handle stem and handle bar are dupliacte please suggent what can I do to take it furher.
