Colour of new Bike getting pealed off

Dear Sir/Madan,

I bought a bike 03/02 which is red in colour. The colour at front portion of bike is automotically getting pealed off. This is a manufactoring defect but comapny authorized dealers are not supporting me.

Pl help to get the solution done ASAP r replace the bike
