Herohonda, glamour
No spare part availability since 5 months

Sir,

I S.V. Krishna Rao have purchased a heroHonda Glamour in 05. Since the time of purchase ia have faced many problems in getting the spare parts of the bike. The perormance of the bike has been very bad and recently i have given the bike for servicing at RATNA MOTORS, MVP Colony, visakhapatnam and the bike bears the number AP5BB 8552 for replacing the Magnetic coil. The response have been that they are not having the spare part since the last 5 months and this has been the same situation since then. Please

see to this and arrange for the rightful to be done.
