Dear sir,
As i posted the complaint, regarding the manager regarding irrespective response, for not changing the spares as dated on (21.05.2010) as my complaint was came into effective and the action was taken which was well satisfied to me, but as i felt bad on him as i asked about the manager in the respective agency, as the spares in-charge respectively full fill my complaint as i feel happy regarding his way of discipline and his way of approach as not by manager, thanks to higher authority to be part of me as a customer, i really felt happy about it thanks a lot to the higher authority once again.
