Non Availability of spare parts

Hi,

I went to Hmsi service center which is Regent Honda in faridabad on 26/09 with some problem regarding starting coil but that sparepart is out of stock for this spare part. It has been 3 days but we didn't get any confirmation when we will get our Honda aviator. Nobody in the service team has been giving us the valid response about the sparepart .there are number of cases of the same nature.

Please suggest any course of action.
