I had booked my cylinder 15 days back at Naigaon East, Vasai Disctrict. The delivery boy says he came to my residence, but found a lock. It is not acceptable as I am a cancer patient and I am at home. He spoke very rudely and said he is not coming to deliver the cylinder and asked me to bring it to the office. The delivery boys name is papu and is very arrogant. Even the girl out there is all the time on her cell and does not attend to customers.
