No refund of money

I booked ticket on 29 dec for a flight from bhopal to delhi, while booking they deducted amount from my bank account and then said, seat is no longer available. Further money which is supposed to be refunded in 2 days has not been refunded yet, their customer care number is always switched off and they never reply on email.
